Set-up/Registration

Friday, June 20, 5 – 9 p.m.

Saturday, July 21, 7 – 9 a.m.

Vendors are responsible for their own set-up, tents and tables.  Space provided will be 12’ x 12’ (double space 12’ x 24’).  All vehicles must be off site by 9 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday (there is ample parking close by).

Period attire and booth “décor” are required.

Take-down

Sunday, June 22, 5 p.m.

No early take-downs!  Vehicles will be permitted back on site after 5 p.m. Sunday, and not before.

Location

Norrie Park is located 2.2 miles south of US 2 in Ironwood.  From US 2, turn south on Lowell St. (at Beacon Ambulance).  Continue south (the road meanders and changes names, but trust us!) for 2.2 miles.  Once you see the Montreal River on your right, watch for the park entrance, also on the right.  Registration will take place in the covered pavilion just inside the fenced area of the park (1/4 mile from park entrance).

Camping/Lodging

Norrie Park is not a campground; however the City of Ironwood has graciously consented to allow vendors to camp at their booths Friday and Saturday nights, if they wish.  All traces of 21st century camping equipment must be removed by

9 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.

There are a number of motels along the US 2 corridor, as well as camping at Curry Park (2.7 miles from site).

There are lots of jobs to do and we need a lot of volunteers to put on a great faire. Everything from; selling tickets at the front gate to policing the grounds, from picking up garbage to game officiating, tent and stage set-up before the faire and take-down after.

Let us know if you have any special talents or abilities and we'll try to make the best use of them as possible.

All volunteers are expected to dress in appropriate clothing (medieval/renaissance style suitable for the task you are assigned) and be on their best behavior. Being polite and helpful to the public is the 'name of the game'. Save the insults for "Tomato Justice".

To expect a free lunch and free admission you should work a minimum of 4 hours per day (shifts will be scheduled and adhered too).
