The Society for Creative Anachronism - Reenacting the middle ages from about 600 A.D. to 1,600 A.D. the SCA is a worldwide organization that brings the past to life. They hold Events and Demonstrations throughout the year, all over the country. The SCA is always interested in gaining new members. Find a group near you and get medieval!

The Midwest Amateur Renaissance Society - Our Mission ~To Educate The Public about their Medieval Cultural Heritage (circa 500 AD - 1500AD).
~To promote an appreciation for honorable behavior based upon the code of chivalry.
~To rediscover and preserve the crafts, music, dance and martial arts of the middle ages.
~To allow low income and at-risk children to enjoy the renaissance and medieval periods when they otherwise might not be able to.
~To have as much FUN as possible while pursuing the goals stated above.
